Boil Water Notice for King's Point Cove & Featherbay Developments

November 12, 2025

Due to the water leak that we had this morning in the Featherbay Development, Brookesmith SUD is issuing a Boil Water Notice. The only customers that are affected by this Boil Water Notice are the customers that have water in the Featherbay Development except for the RV Park, Reflection Ridge and Featherbay Drive up to Second Wind and Willie B Drive in the King's Point Cove Development. Please refer to our website for more information. BSUD will issue a notice to customers that recinds the boil water notice in a manner similar to this alert.

Boil Water Notice Recinded on November 12, 2025. The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distribution used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prioe to use. Please refer to our website for more information.
